At a time when there are plenty of different styles of metal water bottles available choosing the right bottle for you can quickly become tougher than it sounds.

One aspect of metal water bottles which can help you narrow the suitable choices available to you is the actual material with which they're constructed:  Aluminum or Stainless Steel?

Aluminum bottles usually look like any other bottle, but typically have a lower price point and weigh less.  However, these usually have a coating applied to the interior which is meant to shield the user from the harmful effects of food (water) interacting with the aluminum.
What's not generally known is that the protective coating can contain the same BPA chemical found in some clear plastic bottles!

Stainless steel bottles do not require this inner coating and can be considered "safe" for use.  Of all the metal water bottles on the market, PMD suggests the use of any made using Stainless Steel.
